Author of two monographs and many other publications about tax issues. Member of experts commission on fiscal issues appointed by the Presidency of Council of Ministries and by Ministries.
Advisor for trade organizations and public bodies and Authorities.

Main areas of practice: theory and praxis of tax law institutions; European tax law; taxation of multinational groups; assistance to tax payers during tax audits and tax settlements: tax litigation; VAT; energy and telecomunications tax issues; local taxes.
